III.Order Placement Guidelines
1.Accurate Order Information Required:

Please make sure to accurately fill in your personal email address and your supplier phone number to ensure we can contact you smoothly.
Tips: We may contact you through the following methods:
① We will call you within 1 working day after you create the shipment, using the phone number you provided. Please be sure to answer the call.
② After you create the shipment, our system will automatically send you an order confirmation email via the email address you provided. Please check your inbox.
③ After creating the shipment on the Amazon platform, our contact information will be displayed on the page, and you may also reach out to us proactively.
2.Product Restrictions for Shipping:
① Prohibited items include:
Liquids, pure batteries, food, powders, medical supplies, counterfeit/branded imitation goods, chemical products, baby toys/products, and goods subject to U.S. anti-dumping regulations.
② Pure batteries are not accepted. If the product contains built-in batteries, please provide product photos, MSDS, and a marine transportation appraisal report for separate confirmation.
③ If U.S. Customs determines the goods involve brand infringement or require certifications such as Bluetooth, HDMI, FCC, UL, FDA, DOT, EPA, etc., the customer must provide the relevant certificates and brand authorization documents.
If the goods are detained or returned due to failure to provide required documents, or if the documents are not accepted by U.S. Customs or other relevant authorities, the shipper will be fully responsible for all resulting liabilities and costs.

③ 亚马逊平台创建货件后,页面留有我们的联系方式,您也可以主动联系我们。
2.运输的产品类型要求:
① 禁止运输的货物:液体,纯电池,食品,粉末,医疗用品,仿牌商品,化工产品,婴儿玩具用品及美国反倾销产品等。
② 不接纯电池。产品含内置电池请提供图片及MSDS、海运运输鉴定报告单独确认。
③ 如美国海关认定货物涉及品牌侵权或蓝牙、HDMI、FCC、UL、FDA、DOT、EPA等认证问题,客户需按要求提供相关认证和品牌授权书等文件,如因无法提供或者提供的文件得不到美国海关及相关部门的认可而导致扣货或者退运,所有责任和费用由该发货人承担。
IV. Precautions Before Shipping
1. Packaging Requirements:
Only square/rigid cardboard boxes are accepted — other packaging types will be rejected.
Each outer carton must have at least 2 FBA labels (with clearly printed barcodes that are moisture-proof and wear-resistant).
Both the outer carton and the products inside must have “MADE IN CHINA” labels.
2. Do not use the following materials on outer cartons:
Yellow tape
Zip ties
Stretch film
Corner protectors
Clear tape is acceptable for sealing the cartons.
3. For mixed shipments (multiple orders in one batch):
Use partitions or color markings to clearly separate different orders.
(This helps avoid extra sorting fees.)
四、发货前注意事项
1.包装要求:只接方正/硬朗纸箱,拒接其他包装,每件外箱必须贴有2个以上FBA标签(条形码字体清晰,防潮湿耐磨),外箱和产品贴有“MADE IN CHINA”标签。
2.外箱请不要使用黄色胶带/扎带/缠膜/护角,箱子可以使用透明的胶带包装。
3.多票混装时,不同订单需用隔板/颜色区分(避免产生额外的挑货费)。
V. Document and Order Information Preparation
After establishing contact with us, please provide the following information so we can process your order promptly:
1.Please provide the shipment reference ID corresponding to your shipment ID.
2.Please provide product images, the Chinese product name, material, and intended use.
3.Carton list: Please fill it out completely according to the template (Download Template).
五、文件与订单信息准备
在您与我们建立联系后,您需要提供以下信息,以便我们可以快速的处理您的订单:
- 请提供shipment ID对应的shipment reference ID。
- 请提供您的产品图片、中文品名、材质、用途。
- 货箱清单:按模板完整填写。

VI. Fee Confirmation Policy
1.The estimated fees shown on the platform are tax-exclusive.
You must confirm any applicable taxes or additional fees (if any) with us offline. These may include, but are not limited to: freight charges, surcharges, and advance payment fees.
If additional costs arise during the import/export process that are not caused by our company, we will notify you in a timely manner.
You must provide written confirmation, and the fees will be reimbursed based on valid documentation provided by us.
Such additional fees include but are not limited to: customs inspection fees, second delivery charges, clearance inspection fees, handling fees, and storage fees.
2.We will send you a billing statement for review and confirmation.
If you have any objections, both parties will complete the verification within 7 calendar days from the date the objection is raised.
If you object to the bill but cannot provide valid evidence proving an error, the data provided by us shall prevail.
3.Payment Method:
All charges under this agreement will be deducted via Amazon’s online platform and settled between Amazon and our company.
If there is any shortfall after settlement or any abnormal charges not deducted via Amazon’s platform, we may request direct payment from you.
4.In the event of currency conversion for freight and duties, the final amount will be based on mutual agreement.
If no prior agreement is made, the settlement will be based on the selling exchange rate published by the People’s Bank of China.
六、费用确认规定
1.平台所展示预估费用仅为不含税费用,您需要与我司线下确认税费或其他费用(如有产生),包括但不限于运费、附加费、代垫费用等。若在办理货物进出口运输过程中非因我司原因产生额外费用的,我司会及时通知您,您需要书面予以确认,并按我司提供的相关合理费用凭证予以实报实销。额外费用包括但不限于海关查验、二次派送费、清关查验、操作费、仓储费等。
2.我司向您发送账单进行核对确认,如您对账单持有异议,我们会在您提出异议之日起7个自然日内共同完成相关费用的核对和确认。如您对账单有异议,但无法提供证据证明账单存在错误的,需以我们提供的数据为准。
3.付款方式:本协议项下您的所有费用由亚马逊线上平台扣除,并由亚马逊与我司进行结算。结算后若有不足部分或产生其他异常费用未经亚马逊线上平台扣除,我司可向您要求继续支付。
4.若运费及关税涉及币种转换问题时,以我们的业务沟通协商为准。若未提前协商,将按中国人民银行公布的有关人民币汇率卖出价进行结算。
